Here at The Stumpy Quilter I run 1-2-1 experience days for quilters in a brand new rural studio.
We start the day with a lesson on a professional longarm where you will learn to quilt a pantograph design of your choice from the collection at the studio.
​​
Then with lots of friendly help and guidance, you will have the opportunity to quilt that design on to your very own patchwork topper.
​​
No experience required!
​
Prices are based on size and include a full day of 1-2-1 tuition, a practice quilt, threads and substantial refreshments throughout the day...plus plenty of quilting chat and laughter!

Longarm Taster Experiences
Have you been interested in the Quilting Experiences but were not quite sure if it was right for you?

Fancy time out with your crafty friends to find out what it means to use a pantograph on a long arm?

Wondered what else a long arm actually does?

Well now is the chance for you and your friends to test one out!

Demonstration of the machine for pantographing

Learn to use three pantographs each on the practice quilt

A demonstration of a number of other machine uses such as freehand quilting, couching etc!

Refreshments and I usually make everyone lunch too!

Start the day by sewing your jelly roll race patchwork

Learn to pantograph on the longarm machine
